The component that connects the recalled lights to the ceiling mount can weaken, allowing the fixture to fall unexpectedly, posing a potential risk of injury from impact. As of June 11, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injury in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 2 reports of the lighting fixtures partially detaching and no reports of injury.
