DESIGNME Hold.Me three way hairspray recalled due to missing mandatory hazard labelling

This product does not meet the Cosmetic Regulations in Canada. Specifically, the product does not have mandatory hazard labelling. It is missing required hazard symbols, signal words, and safety information. Improper labelling could result in misuse of the product and lead to serious injury. As of July 28 th 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents in Canada, and no reports of injuries.

Labelling and packaging

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled DESIGNME Hold.Me Three-way hairspray and return it to the retailer for proper relabelling. Please note that, in addition to the requirements of the Cosmetic Regulations the Food and Drugs Act (FDA) prohibits the sale of cosmetics that are either made with hazardous substances, or under unsanitary conditions, to users in Canada.
