The Government of Canada is assisting Norco in communicating the MY25 Norco Sight VLT CX model e-bicycle recall

The rear brake insert in the seatstay may become loose under certain conditions. This could affect rear brake performance and potentially pose a safety risk. As of July 29, 2025, the company has received no reports of injuries in Canada.

Injury hazard

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled e-bicycles and contact a Norco retailer to schedule a free replacement of the seatstay.
