Various Fieldsheer branded heated socks recalled due to potential blister and burn hazards

Issue
The heated socks may cause the formation of burns and/or blisters on consumers’ feet through a possible combination of heat, excessive friction, moisture, and pressure. As of July 29, 2025, the company has received 19 reports of incidents in Canada, and 1 report of injury. In the United States, the company has received 10 reports of incidents and 1 report of injury.

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled heated socks and contact Fieldsheer Apparel Technologies for a refund or replacement. The included lithium-ion battery packs should be disposed of according to local municipal hazardous waste guidelines. Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Fieldsheer Apparel Technologies. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
