Earlier this year, Stryker Medical was made aware that, in late 2024, a Prime Stretcher (model: 1105, serial number: 0063000001507) was delivered to Taiwan instead of the intended customer in Canada. As a result, there is a potential that the Transport Stretcher (model: 747, serial number: 2024005600733) that had been intended for Taiwan was delivered to a customer in Canada with outer packaging labeled as a Prime Stretcher, (model: 1105, serial number: 0063000001507).
