Various Aloxxi hair products recalled due to missing mandatory hazard labelling

Issue
The recalled products do not meet the Cosmetic Regulations in Canada. Specifically, the products do not have mandatory hazard labelling. The products are missing the required hazard symbols and the signal words on the front of the containers. Improper labelling could result in misuse of the products and lead to serious injury. As of October 16, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and contact Aloxxi International Corporation or contact your local distributor to request a label to be sent based on the product that you purchased. Please note that, in addition to the requirements of the Cosmetic Regulation the Food and Drugs Act (FDA) prohibits the sale of cosmetics that are either made with hazardous substances, or under unsanitary conditions, to users in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
