EcoFlow Delta Max 2000 Power Stations recalled due to risk of serious burn injury and fire hazard

Issue
The Power Stations may overheat and ignite, posing a risk of serious burn injury and fire hazard. As of October 17, 2025, the company has received no reports of injuries, and one report of a fire in Canada.

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled EcoFlow Delta Max (2000) and contact EcoFlow Technology for instructions on installing a free repair in the form of a firmware update. This recall does not involve a physical product return. For more information, consumers can contact EcoFlow by telephone at 1-833-424-4137, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, by email at deltamax2000@ecoflow.com , or visit the company website online at https://www.ecoflow.com/us/blog/ecoflow-delta-max-2000-recall-firmware update or https://us.ecoflow.com and click on “IMPORTANT RECALL INFORMATION and Firmware Update” at the top of the page for more information. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
