Medline was informed that a limited quantity of saline IV flush syringes that may not meet the required concentration of sodium chloride. Use of product with lower/higher than expected concentrations of NaCl may result in an increased risk of mild hyponatremia/hypernatremia. Customers were notified and affected units will be destroyed. Totals will be summarized at closure.
