Shenzhen Mindray has identified that when the workstation number 115-050935-00 of the Benevision Central Monitoring (CMS) System has a specific hardware configuration (HP Pro Mini 400 G9 desktop PC), the computer may experience audio playback failure or screen freezing. This is caused by an issue with the 6.0.9484.1 version of the audio driver that causes excessive and abnormal system memory consumption. To date, there have been no reports of adverse events related to this issue.
