The recall is due to a labeling error affecting the Laceration Tray MRX. The kits that manufactured with lot #208920, have discrepancy in the content and the product label. The original product contains fine teeth forceps; however, the affected lot states Adson forceps without teeth on the label. Customers should check their inventory and destroy them as per their facility process if they are part of the affected lot.
