Philips has become aware of a potential safety issue concerning PIC IX 4.5.0 default mobile event notification filters change. In November 2025, it was identified internally and investigated in STICR 1351302 that the recent PIC IX 4.5.0 SW patch (released 28 Oct2025 - reference EC 2917-2024-10-28782) modifies mobile event notification filter settings without providing any indication to the user when upgrading the system.
