PNW Components Loam Pedal Gen 2 bicycle pedals recalled due to fall hazard

The pedal axles can crack, causing the pedal to detach from the crank arm, thereby posing a fall hazard to the rider. As of January 14, 2026, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
