Further to the FY25-022 medical device recall issued in October 2024, Olympus is informing users of a voluntary product recall action for cystoscope outer sheath. Users should immediately cease usage of any cystoscope outer sheath, 22.5 Fr in your inventory and contact customer service to obtain a return material authorization.
