Custom-made roller blind with cord shield recalled due to strangulation hazard for children

Health Canada has determined that the recalled blinds do not meet the Corded Window Coverings Regulations and pose a strangulation hazard. Young children may pull looped cords around their neck, or become entangled in the cords, causing a strangulation hazard and even death. Health Canada recommends cordless window coverings. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact RFML Import Export Ltée to obtain a repair kit.
