Olympus is initiating a Medical Device Recall on the High Flow Insufflation Unit Models UHI, UHI-2, UHI-3, and UHI-E. Olympus is requesting customers to immediately cease usage of the affected devices and contact customer service to return their affected products. *Note* These products have been discontinued for sale and repair.
