Hydromassage Rotary jets recalled due to potential Entrapment and Drowning Hazards

The Hydromassage Rotary jet suction force can cause hair entanglement, posing a risk of entrapment and drowning hazards. As of February 10, 2026, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received one incident report and no injuries.

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product, turn off the affected Hydromassage Rotary jets by turning the jet face clockwise and contact Watkins Wellness for instructions on how to receive free replacement jet inserts. For more information, consumers can contact Watkins Wellness by telephone toll-free at 1-888-450-5748 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, by email at jetrecall@watkinsmfg.com or visit the Hot Spring Spas website . Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Watkins Manufacturing Corporation. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
