Joovy – Tricycoo Tricycle-Stroller recalled due to strangulation and entrapment hazards

Issue
Health Canada’s sampling and evaluation program has determined that these strollers do not meet the Carriages and Strollers Regulations in Canada. The storage bag has a cord with a loop that extends into the occupant space posing a strangulation hazard for children. Additionally, certain locations related to the seat, may pose shearing and/or pinching hazards. As of February 3, 2026, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product, remove the storage bag located in the rear, contact EI Brand Management Inc and register on the company website to obtain more information. A repair kit will be provided and shipped once available. For more information, consumers can visit EI Brand Management Inc’s company website . Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
