Vevor Retractable Baby Gates recalled due to entrapment hazard

The recalled gates can allow a child’s torso to fit through the opening between the gate and the floor, posing a risk of serious injury due to entrapment. As of March 13, 2026, the company has received no reports of incidents and injuries in Canada.

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled baby gates and contact MARIFEL LTD for a full refund. Consumers should destroy the gate by cutting through the mesh and sending a photo of the destroyed gate to recalling@vevor.com .
