Condor HMS Triple Carabiners recalled due to fall hazard

Issue
The carabiner’s gate can malfunction where the gate does not close automatically and has to be closed manually by hand, posing a fall hazard that could result in serious injury or death. As of March 27, 2026, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada or the United States.

What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled carabiner and contact OCUN NA for a free replacement. Consumers will be asked to fill out the recall form and email it to recall@ocun.com , and follow the instructions to receive a prepaid return shipping label and return the recalled product. Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and OCUN NA LLC. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
