Hazard description
The power bank’s lithium-ion battery may overheat and melt at the port while charging, posing fire and burn hazards. As of August 11, 2026, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled power banks and return to any HomeSense, Winners, or Marshalls for a refund. For more information, consumers can contact TJX Canada by telephone toll-free at 1-800-646-9466 between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday or by visiting the Winners, HomeSense or Marshalls websites. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
