Hazard description
During its operation, the protective coating of units experiences rapid thermal decomposition and scorching. This material defect exhibits severe paint cracking, large-scale peeling (delamination), and dense smoke generation (outgassing) inside the appliance.As of June 30, 2026, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
