Hazard description
Health Canada has determined that the TQELFSS Crystal Clear Epoxy Resin Kits do not meet the labelling requirements of the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. The lack of appropriate labelling information could result in unintentional exposure to the products and lead to serious illness or injury.
What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and dispose of it according to municipal hazardous waste guidelines. Regularly check the Healthy Canadians Recalls and Safety Alerts database for dangerous products and take action to remove items of concern. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of these products or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form .
