Hazard description
The flat washers under the heads of the bolts that secure the steering gear to the frame side rail may fracture. This fracture could lead to fatigue fracture of one or more of the steering gear attaching bolts allowing the steering gear to separate from the frame. Vehicle built from december 1, 1975 to February 29,1975.
