Hazard description
On certain vehicles equipped with v8 engines and rochester quadrajet 4-barrel carburetors. The fuel inlet plug on the rochester carburetor is subject to failure. The resultant fuel leakage may cause an engine compartment fire and possible loss of vehicle control.
