Hazard description
On certain trucks, the radiator mounted oil filter mounting bracket may be inadequately welded. This condition may allow the welds to crack possibly allowing the oil filter and mounting bracket to drop down and wedge within the steering geometry possibly resulting in loss of vehicle control.
