Hazard description
On certain C600, C6000, C700, C800, C8000 and CT800 vehicles, the aluminum seven blade engine cooling fan may fatique crack and separate. Fan blade separation may damage engine compartment components and, if the tilt cab is raised, injure persons in the vicinity.
