Certain vehicles may not comply with CMVSS 1103 - Exhaust Emissions. Made, the inertia lock mechanism may not function allowing the seat back to fold forward, and the seat to move forward. This could cause persoanl injury by pinning the occupant between the rear seat and the back of the front seat.
