Hazard description
On certain vehicles, the design of the transmission and the transmission fluid used may not allow sufficient lubrication between the main-shaft and first gear, which spins on the mainshaft when the transmission is in fifth gear. If this occurs, the transmission can lock up causing a loss of vehicle control and possible vehicle crash.
