Hazard description
Certain trucks may have a defective ON-OFF toggle switch installation in the sleeper which may cause an intermittent short circuit which could lead to heat damage of the surrounding materials and a possible smoke hazard. Smoke may adversely affect the driver's ability to safely operate the vehicle.
