1986 Volvo 700 Series Recall

On certain Volvo 740 and 760 station wagons, the child lock feature incorporated in the tailgate lock may not function properly and may allow the tailgate to be opened from inside the vehicle when the child lock is engaged. Correction: The tailgate latches will be replaced on all affected vehicles.
