Hazard description
On certain P6 vehicles, a portion of the body support may contact the brake lines in the area of the brake warning switch. Relative movement between the two could cause the brake lines to wear through. This could result in a half brake system failure causing increased stopping distances and a possible vehicle crash. Correction: vehicles will be inspected and brake lines replaced if necessary.
