Hazard description
On certain S15 and T15 vehicles, the nut attaching the steering wheel may have been insufficiently tightened and a nut retainer may be missing. This could allow the steering wheel to disengage from the column causing loss of steering control and a possible vehicle crash. Correction: Steering wheel nut and retainer will be reinstalled and the nut retorqued.
