Hazard description
On certain trucks, one or more of the foot pedal assembly return springs may fail. If both springs fail, the pedal may unexpectedly go to the full throttle position. This could result in loss of vehicle control and a crash without prior warning. Correction: Electronic foot pedal assembly will be replaced.
