1994 Volvo 800 Series Recall

On certain Volvo 850 turbo, in conditions of below freezing temperatures and high humidity, ice crystals may form at the throttle in the engine intake system. This could prevent the throttle from returning to idle when the accelerator pedal is released. Correction: Throttle body, throttle cable, charge air cooler piping and crankcase ventilation hoses will be replaced on affected vehicles.
