Certain vehicles do not comply with CMVSS 208 - Seatbelt installations. Under severe collision conditions, the passenger side seat belt may may release as the result of shattering and displacement of the latch plate cinch bar. Correction: Passenger side seat belt cinch bar will be replaced with a cinch bar made from nylon material which crushes and remains in position during loading.
