Hazard description
On certain vehicles, a Parking brake solenoid valve malfunction may result in an intermittent inoperative park brake application. If this should occur and the "SERVICE PARK BRAKE" warning light goes unnoticed and the operator exits the vehicle, the vehicle could roll away, resulting in a possible crash. Correction: The parking brake solenoid valve will be replaced with a modified version.
