Hazard description
On certain vehicles, there is a missing spacer at the B-pillar lower anchor point of the driver and passenger seatbelt. This may cause the seatbelt anchor system to fail during an accident and could result in personal injury. Correction: spacer will be added to the seatbelt anchor point on the B-pillar.
