Hazard description
On certain trucks, the non-drive axle front axle hubs could experience hub flange fatigue cracking under normal operating conditions. Fatigue cracking could result in wheel separation and the possibility of an accident without prior warning. Correction: Vehicles will be inspected and hubs will be replaced as required.
