Hazard description
Certain buses equipped with specialty manufacturing series 8600 roof hatch. Failure of the pop rivets attaching the hinge to the hatch will result in separation of the roof hatch while the bus is in motion. Correction: Safety cables will be installed to the hatch to keep the lid attached in the event the rivets were to fail.
