Hazard description
On certain trailers, prolonged heavy use can result in structural cracking of the mainframe directly behind the fifth wheel hitch attachment. This could cause the hitch to move out of position resulting in possible trailer detachment and a crash. Correction: Gussets will be installed to reinforce the mainframe at the point of possible failure.
