Hazard description
On certain vehicles, the blade(s) on the engine cooling fan may separate from the fan assembly while the fan is rotating. This condition could pose a hazard to anyone working or standing in the area of the engine cooling fan when the hood is open and the engine is running. Correction: Engine cooling fan assembly will be replaced.
