Hazard description
On certain Alcoa 2.5 x 8.25 forged aluminum wheels installed on vehicles built by to Nova Bus, the mechanical properties of these wheels are below the manufacturer's design specifications and internal requirements. This can cause the unsupported open end of the wheel to deform and result in sudden loss of air. Correction: Wheels will be replaced.
