Hazard description
Certain motorhomes have a generator battery cable which may be routed too closely to a sheared notch in the heat shield. This routing condition can result in damage to the battery cable insulation, leading to an electrical short circuit and a possible fire. Correction: Vehicles will be inspected and repaired including replacement of any damaged wiring or other vehicular components.
