Hazard description
On certain vehicles equipped with dual steering, the steering column pinch bolts may be under torqued or missing. This could result in the splines stripping on the right hand side mitre box which could adversely affect steering control. Correction: Steering column pinch bolts will be inspected for the presence of required fasteners, fasteners will be installed where missing and retorqued to specifications.
