Hazard description
Certain vehicles equipped with auto-apply park brakes may exhibit an unintended brake apply at speed due to a solenoid coil failure or some may exhibit a failure to release and/or be slow to apply or release due to water contamination. Correction: Dealers will seal the joint between the park brake reservoir and the pump assembly with Room-Temperature-Vulcanizing (RTV) sealant or inspect and replace any 10 volt park solenoids with a 12 volt solenoid.
