Hazard description
On certain Dual steer vehicles, there is a likelihood of interference between the cab floor and the brake pedal on the right hand side. If interference exists, the brake pedal may not operate as intended and may result in loss of control of the vehicle. The left hand side (normal) driving position is not affected by this defect. Correction: Brake pedal/pad assembly will be replaced on affected vehicles.
