Hazard description
On certain vehicles fitted with a steering column adjustment plate, the bolts fastening the steering column to the adjustment plate may fail. If all four bolts were to fail, the steering column would become loose in the driver's hands, leading to loss of vehicle control. Correction: Steering column adjustment plate will be replaced with one of a new design with individually tested fastening bolts.
