Hazard description
On certain vehicles, cracks may occur in the frame rails and their cross members in the vicinity of the gussets. These cracks are not visible to the naked eye and if not corrected immediately may result in complete failure of the frame rails and/or cross members. Such failure could result in loss of life or serious injury to the operator or others. Correction: Magnetic particle inspections will be made of the frame rails and cross members and cracks will be repaired as required.
