Hazard description
On certain vehicles, the components that retain the rear axle wheel covers may have been damaged during installation. This can result in a separation of the wheel cover. If this should happen while the vehicle is moving, the wheel cover can create a road hazard or injure persons in the vicinity. Correction: Wheel covers will be replaced with ones of a different design that have an improved means of retention.
