Hazard description
On certain vehicles, the front suspension radius rod may fail due to lack or lapse in lubrication. Failure of the radius rod will cause a sudden shift in the front axle and could cause a vehicle crash. Correction: Owner notification including repair instructions for radius rods replacement will be supplied.
